About Crystal Healing?

I've recently been introduced to crystals. my favourite has always been amethyst so i went out over the weekend to find some. while there, i felt that although i wanted it, it was not the one that needed me. i was attracted to rose quartz, and eventually to red and peach aventurine. i googled them and they have heart-healing attributes. also, for the past month my ankles and wrists have been swollen- i fear that it may be my heart. can anyone tell me more about how aventurine and rose quartz can work together for heart healing? also, i don't know how to wear them; i'm currently keeping ten little rose quartz crystals in my bra, right next to my heart- should i add the aventurine? and is it true rose quartz will attract love? thanks

See, you've posted this in the health section, which deals with medicine and science. Your approach is new age and, to say the least, unscientific. If crystal healing helps someone, it is through their suggestibility and the placebo effect.

If you are experiencing edema, you can do whatever you like with your crystals, but do see a doctor. But before the physical exam, take the rocks out of your bra.
